Terms of Service

P-Control is provided for organization-managed project, budget, milestone, risk, reporting, and forecast workflows.

Each organization is responsible for managing its users, roles, project data, exports, approvals, reports, and report distribution. Users must only access information they are authorized to view within their organization.

Platform administrators may access tenant metadata for support, security, billing, abuse prevention, and operational maintenance. Tenant project and financial records remain scoped to the organization that owns them.

Use of the service may be suspended if an account is misused, compromises system security, violates applicable law, or materially affects platform reliability.
