The platform stores organization, user, project, budget, milestone, risk, report, invitation, subscription, and audit-log data to provide the service.

Tenant data is isolated by organization. Access is controlled by role and important operational actions are logged for security, accountability, and support.

Exports, printed reports, and emailed reports may contain tenant project and financial information. Organization administrators are responsible for distributing those records only to authorized recipients.

Operational backups, audit records, and security logs may be retained to maintain service reliability, investigate incidents, support recovery, and satisfy contractual or legal obligations.
